Andrews Aerospace is pleased to announce that it has acquired the Recoules and Quackenbush brands from Apex Tool Group based in Charlotte, NC. The products acquired will include the complete line of positive feed and advanced drilling units (ADUs), nut plate drills, rivet squeezers and cutting tools, micro stop cages, and all related intellectual property.

Fort Worth, TX - Andrews Aerospace is proud to announce its new line of Industry 4.0 Tools with the launch of the Raven enhanced Automated Drilling Unit (eADU) Line. The initial launch includes a pneumatic model, the Raven Aether (RA-1) and an electric model, Raven Elektro (RE-1). “This launch is the culmination of several years of research and development and the continuation of the intellectual property we acquired from Fives Group. The Raven symbolizes intelligence, adaptability, partnerships, guidance, transformation, and prophecy. Andrews Tool Company (ATC) is officially rebranding as Andrews Aerospace. The new name better positions the company for its broader aerospace focus beyond just tools and pays homage to the company’s original founder George Andrews. In a related move, Andrews Aerospace will relocate from its Arlington location to a newly purchased and remodeled facility with room for growth and expansion in Fort Worth, TX.
